- Develop automated financial models using Excel/Power BI for forecasting and variance analysis
- Mentor junior accountants while managing cross-departmental financial reporting initiatives
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax specialists during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification (required)
- 5+ years public accounting experience with Big 4 or mid-tier firm background
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and financial reporting software
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and SEC filings
- Exceptional analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
