Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Analyze financial data and prepare executive dashboards for key stakeholders
- Lead internal audits and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Collaborate with tax teams on compliance strategies and filings
- Mentor junior accountants and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting tools
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
