Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Perform complex account reconciliations and variance analysis to identify trends and improve profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal control policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for executive review.
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register and assist with tax preparation and external audits.
Qualifications
- CPA certification or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in general ledger accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and current tax regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
