As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial health, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform complex account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Ensure tax compliance and assist with tax filings.
- Provide financial forecasting and budgeting support to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with non-finance stakeholders.
