Your Mission
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Apex Support Group. Your primary goal is to resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with speed and accuracy.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues or product-related questions using our CRM software.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized departments when necessary.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback based on common customer pain points.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
