Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information with precision.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
- Operate and interpret data from life-support equipment and advanced monitoring systems.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute personalized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families during critical transitions.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with hospital standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and perform life-saving interventions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU, CCU, or high-acuity setting.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Proven ability to work effectively under high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient advocacy and safety.
