Responsibilities

  • Assess, monitor, and record patient conditions with precision, reporting critical changes to physicians immediately.
  • Administer complex medications, intravenous fluids, and advanced life-support treatments.
  • Operate and interpret data from ventilators, cardiac monitors, and other advanced bedside technology.
  • Maintain precise electronic health records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
  • Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and their families during high-stress situations.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to develop and refine individualized care plans.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts.
