Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide compassionate patient education and emotional support to families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using our electronic health system (EHR).
- Monitor patient vitals and respond immediately to any changes in condition.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license issued by the New York State Department of Education.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (preferred).
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
