Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value search terms for luxury properties, neighborhoods, and investment opportunities.
- Execute on-page SEO best practices, including meta tag optimization, header structure, and image alt text for all listing pages.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content calendar focusing on market trends, home buying guides, and neighborhood spotlights to drive organic traffic.
- Manage technical SEO audits to improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability on our proprietary property platform.
- Build high-quality backlinks and local citations to strengthen domain authority within the Austin real estate market.
- Analyze web traffic data using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to report on KPIs and optimize conversion funnels.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within the Real Estate, Property Management, or Hospitality industries.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Strong understanding of HTML and basic CSS for on-page adjustments.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking setup.
