Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to market launch.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the insurance and pension industry.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure product compliance with local financial regulations and internal standards.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to recommend continuous improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive product documentation, training materials, and sales support collateral.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Support the team in managing product portfolios and conducting regular reviews to maintain market relevance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product management, business development, or operational support, preferably within the Insurance or Pension industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a WFO environment.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian insurance regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
