Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring high first-contact resolution rates.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and account statuses within Salesforce and Zendesk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Billing, to escalate and resolve escalated tickets.
- Identify trends and recurring issues in customer feedback to propose actionable process improvements.
- Adhere strictly to company service standards and brand voice guidelines during every interaction.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with VIP clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer support or client relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software and ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid office setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
