Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
- Oversee content creation including blogs, whitepapers, and multimedia assets
- Manage media relations and coordinate PR initiatives with key industry influencers
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize ROI and customer engagement
- Lead brand strategy workshops to align messaging with business objectives
- Manage a $1M+ marketing budget with quarterly performance reviews
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in marketing communications with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns for B2B/B2C audiences
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing automation, and social analytics tools
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with portfolio demonstrating brand voice development
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and agency relationships
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo)
