Responsibilities

- Analyze multi-dimensional datasets to drive actionable insights and optimize material properties.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to scale laboratory innovations for industrial production.
- Author technical white papers, patent applications, and research reports to protect intellectual property.
- Present research findings to stakeholders and executive leadership to guide strategic investment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience.
- Deep expertise in polymer synthesis, nanotechnology, or advanced composites.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end R&D projects with clear milestone delivery.
- Proficiency in statistical modeling software (e.g., JMP, Minitab, or Python/R).
- Strong ability to bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable engineering solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and presentations.
- Experience in securing intellectual property and navigating patent landscapes.
