Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Engineering, Physics, or a relevant scientific discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in high-growth industrial R&D environments.
- Proven track record of securing patents or publishing high-impact research.
- Expertise in experimental design, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools (Python, R, MATLAB).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage complex project timelines.
