Qualifications
- PhD in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience.
- Demonstrated history of successfully managing complex R&D projects with tangible results.
- Deep expertise in experimental design and advanced analytical tools.
- Strong publication record or a portfolio of patented innovations.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between abstract research and commercial product development.
