- Represent the company at scientific conferences and industry seminars to showcase our technical leadership.
Qualifications
- PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience in an R&D environment within the technology or manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated history of successfully bringing innovative products or patents to market.
- Expertise in advanced prototyping, modeling software (e.g., MATLAB, Python, or SolidWorks), and data analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high tolerance for ambiguity and iterative design.
- Proven track record of publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
