Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align research objectives with long-term company strategic goals.
- Publish white papers and represent the firm at top-tier global technical conferences.
- Develop and mentor junior researchers, fostering a culture of excellence and intellectual growth.
- Manage the R&D budget, resources, and timelines to ensure project delivery milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in advanced research and product development.
- Proven track record of developing innovative patents or peer-reviewed research publications.
- Advanced proficiency in computational modeling software and statistical analysis tools (Python, MATLAB, or R).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in securing grant funding or managing collaborative academic-industry partnerships is a plus.
