Responsibilities

- Translate complex technical insights into actionable product roadmaps for executive stakeholders.
- Manage laboratory safety protocols and infrastructure maintenance for high-impact R&D cycles.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in industrial or academic R&D environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or C++ for system modeling.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and iterative prototyping techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and a history of contributing to patent filings or peer-reviewed research.
