Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development for high-profile residential and commercial projects
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors
- Manage client relationships, presentations, and project timelines
- Conduct site assessments and existing conditions documentation
- Mentor junior designers and maintain design excellence standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 8+ years of professional experience in high-end residential/commercial projects
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial innovation and material expertise
- NY State Architectural License (or equivalent) required
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
