Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML/DL models for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production deployment
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data pipelines
- Mentor 5+ data scientists and drive best practices in model validation
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Optimize data infrastructure for real-time processing at petabyte scale
- Research and integrate emerging AI/ML technologies into production systems
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 7+ years progressive experience in data science with 3+ years leadership
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record deploying ML models serving 1M+ users
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask)
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts to business audiences
