Responsibilities
- Architect and implement comprehensive Zero Trust security frameworks across complex hybrid-cloud environments.
- Lead the design of automated incident response playbooks to drastically minimize dwell time and mitigate emerging risks.
- Conduct deep-dive vulnerability assessments and oversee advanced penetration testing simulations.
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership to align security roadmaps with organizational business objectives.
- Establish and enforce rigorous security standards based on NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC2 frameworks.
- Mentor and guide a high-performance team of security analysts and engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Oversee the integration of AI-driven threat intelligence tools into the existing SOC ecosystem for proactive hunting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in progressive information security leadership or architectural roles.
- Current CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certification is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience securing multi-cloud environments, specifically AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale security transformations and digital migrations.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, Go, or PowerShell for bespoke security automation.
- Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical risks for non-technical stakeholders.
