Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain robust security frameworks across multi-cloud environments (AWS and Azure).
- Drive the adoption of Zero Trust architecture and secure IAM patterns across all enterprise systems.
- Lead threat modeling exercises and vulnerability assessments on critical cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated security scanning (SAST/DAST) into deployment workflows.
- Respond to and lead mitigation strategies for high-priority security incidents and architectural weaknesses.
- Mentor senior engineering staff on modern cloud security patterns, cryptography, and secure coding practices.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 4 years focused on Cloud Security Architecture.
- Deep technical expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) security controls, landing zones, and IAM policies.
- Strong background in container security, specifically securing Kubernetes and Docker environments.
- Proven experience designing and implementing DevSecOps pipelines and automated compliance-as-code.
- Industry-recognized security certification such as CISSP, CCSP, or AWS Certified Security Specialty.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex risk profiles to executive stakeholders.
