Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural project delivery from concept to construction documentation
- Develop innovative design solutions balancing aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability
- Manage client relationships and project budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior architects through design reviews and technical guidance
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers and MEP consultants
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders using advanced visualization tools
- Stay current with emerging architectural technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential architecture
- Licensure as a registered Architect (NY State or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven portfolio demonstrating complex project leadership
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Strong project management and budget oversight experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
