Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and documentation for high-profile commercial and mixed-use developments
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, sustainability) to ensure cohesive project delivery
- Develop innovative design solutions compliant with NYC building codes and ADA standards
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, securing approvals at key milestones
- Mentor junior architects and manage project timelines/budgets using BIM tools
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Architecture with 8+ years of professional experience
- Registered Architect (NY State license required)
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino/Grasshopper
- Portfolio demonstrating completed commercial projects >100,000 sq ft
- Strong understanding of NYC zoning laws and LEED/Sustainable design principles
- Proven track record leading projects from schematic design through construction administration
