Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end daily operations across multiple serviced properties.
- Supervise housekeeping teams and maintenance staff to ensure pristine property conditions.
- Manage OTA (Online Travel Agency) listings, including pricing adjustments, availability, and content updates.
- Monitor guest feedback and respond to inquiries or issues promptly to maintain high platform ratings.
- Coordinate check-in/check-out processes to ensure a seamless and professional guest experience.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety protocols.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to identify areas for cost-saving and performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel management, Airbnb/short-term rental operations, or property management.
- Strong understanding of OTA platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Traveloka, Booking.com, Agoda).
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage field teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Willingness to travel between property locations within the Jakarta Pusat area as needed.
