Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end daily operations across multiple serviced properties.
  • Supervise housekeeping teams and maintenance staff to ensure pristine property conditions.
  • Manage OTA (Online Travel Agency) listings, including pricing adjustments, availability, and content updates.
  • Monitor guest feedback and respond to inquiries or issues promptly to maintain high platform ratings.
  • Coordinate check-in/check-out processes to ensure a seamless and professional guest experience.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Generate and analyze operational reports to identify areas for cost-saving and performance improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel management, Airbnb/short-term rental operations, or property management.
  • Strong understanding of OTA platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Traveloka, Booking.com, Agoda).
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage field teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel between property locations within the Jakarta Pusat area as needed.
