Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention, ensuring a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications
- Proven experience (7+ years) in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and content strategy.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
