Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end multi-channel growth campaigns across paid social, search, programmatic, and email.
- Optimize the full conversion funnel through continuous A/B testing of landing pages, ad copy, and creative assets.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics daily using GA4, Looker, and SQL to synthesize actionable growth insights.
- Manage and scale a monthly ad spend budget of $100k+ while maintaining a strict focus on ROAS and CAC.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build seamless onboarding flows and referral programs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging channels to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition (SaaS experience highly preferred).
- Proven track record of managing annual ad spends exceeding $500,000 with measurable positive ROI.
- Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to query data using SQL and build automated reporting dashboards.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies and wireframing tools.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling executive summaries.
