Responsibilities
- Perform routine manual labor tasks including material handling, equipment operation, and facility maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and warehouse organization
- Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or facilities maintenance a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
