Responsibilities
- Perform daily facility maintenance tasks including cleaning, minor repairs, and equipment inspections
- Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and warehouse operations
- Support logistics teams with material handling, loading/unloading, and quality checks
- Operate basic machinery and tools following safety protocols
- Document work activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Participate in safety training and adhere to company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends
