Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning, organizing, and basic repairs
- Operate light machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and inventory management
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support team members across various departments as needed
- Complete paperwork and documentation accurately
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in general labor or maintenance preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
