Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties across office and production areas
- Assist with material handling, including loading/unloading and inventory management
- Operate basic machinery and equipment following safety protocols
- Support assembly and packaging processes as needed
- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in general labor or warehouse environments preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required
- Valid driver's license may be required for some duties
