Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and equipment
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and inventory management
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and operational checks
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily production targets
- Follow safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Support facility maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general labor or warehouse environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool familiarity
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
