Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in commercial and residential properties
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and inventory management
- Operate basic equipment (hand tools, power washers, vacuums) safely and efficiently
- Support facility setup, breakdown, and minor repairs as needed
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily project goals
- Document work progress and report maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of general labor or maintenance experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic proficiency with hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends as needed
