Responsibilities
- Perform daily facility maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairs, and equipment inspections
- Manage inventory receiving, stocking, and cycle counting procedures
- Assist with material handling using forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Support warehouse operations including order fulfillment and quality control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of general labor or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
