Responsibilities
- Perform daily facility maintenance and inventory organization tasks.
- Safely operate light machinery and material handling equipment.
- Assist in the preparation and packing of outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace according to company safety protocols.
- Conduct routine quality checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc operational requests.
- Document daily activities and report discrepancies to floor managers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in general labor, warehousing, or production environments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise safety guidelines.
- Reliable transportation and excellent punctuality records.
- Basic proficiency in using inventory management tablets or scanners.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
