Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks to ensure facility efficiency.
- Coordinate with team leads to manage inventory intake and organization.
- Perform routine safety inspections and equipment maintenance checks.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of operational zones for daily workflows.
- Maintain high standards of workplace organization and cleanliness.
- Support logistics teams with receiving, sorting, and verifying incoming shipments.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members to streamline processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in general labor, operations, or logistics.
- Proven ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex safety protocols.
- Reliable, punctual, and available for flexible shift rotations.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or handheld scanners is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
