Responsibilities
- Perform routine physical tasks including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory shipments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks to move goods efficiently across the facility.
- Assist in the accurate picking, packing, and labeling of outgoing customer orders.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure system accuracy and report discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the facility manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or general labor role is a plus but not required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or barcode scanning devices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-energy team.
