- Perform daily site maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe workspace.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of inventory using manual and powered equipment.
- Organize and restock storage areas to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Conduct routine quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials.
- Collaborate with team leads to complete daily processing quotas.
- Document shift activities and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Support facility safety protocols by identifying and addressing potential hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in a manual labor, warehouse, or general operations role.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout a shift.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex safety instructions.
- Basic familiarity with digital inventory tracking systems is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a strong sense of punctuality.
