Responsibilities
- Execute daily logistical tasks including sorting, packaging, and inventory verification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with floor supervisors to identify process improvements and bottlenecks.
- Assist with light assembly tasks and quality control inspections of incoming shipments.
- Record accurate data logs for warehouse traffic and product movement.
- Support cross-functional teams during peak operational periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise safety protocols.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
