Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, facilities coordination, and vendor relations.
- Prepare and distribute high-quality internal reports, memos, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating team communication.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Perform data entry, file management, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in general office administration, operations support, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
