Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operational tasks including organization, sorting, and inventory maintenance.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of scheduled projects.
- Operate standard facility equipment safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the floor manager immediately.
- Assist in the preparation of outgoing shipments and reception of incoming freight.
- Participate in ongoing safety training and site-wide improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a general labor, warehouse, or operations environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative setting.
- Basic proficiency with digital tracking or inventory software is a plus.
