Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect materials for damage and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow OSHA compliance protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and quality control procedures
- Support cross-functional departments during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
