Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for daily shipment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and quality checks on incoming stock.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace policies.
- Collaborate with floor managers to meet daily productivity quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Previous experience in warehousing, construction, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime during peak demand seasons.
