Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and inventory management
- Support construction sites and facility upkeep as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Complete basic administrative tasks like documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic proficiency with hand tools and machinery
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
