Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and sorting shipments with high accuracy.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of freight containers using both manual and automated equipment.
- Maintain a meticulously clean and organized workspace to ensure optimal safety and workflow standards.
- Perform routine inventory counts and document discrepancies within the digital warehouse management system (WMS).
- Coordinate with team leads to streamline fulfillment processes and meet strict hourly shipping deadlines.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, construction, or general labor setting is highly preferred.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and remain active for 8-hour shifts.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy for digital inventory logging and label printing.
