Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including material handling, equipment operation, and site cleanup
- Assist skilled tradespeople with installation, repair, and maintenance activities
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work environments
- Complete daily work orders and documentation accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Participate in ongoing training for new techniques and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of general labor or construction experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of power tools and safety procedures
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
