Responsibilities
- Perform manual tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled tradespeople with preparation, installation, and finishing work

- Operate basic machinery (forklifts, power washers, etc.) after proper training
- Complete daily maintenance checks and report equipment issues
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
- Participate in team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
