Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials up to 50 lbs
- Assist in construction sites, warehouses, and facility maintenance operations
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Support team members in completing daily project goals efficiently
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
