Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in construction, warehouse, or related field
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction methods
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
