Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including material handling, equipment operation, and site cleanup
- Assist in construction, maintenance, and renovation projects following safety protocols
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery with proper training and certification
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
- Maintain organized workspaces and report equipment/safety concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Adhere to environmental regulations and waste management procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 6 months of manual labor or construction experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
